For many years, rumours circulated of a Portishead split. Beth worked on an album with Rustin Man, while Geoff and Adrian both produced a stack of great albums, but nothing much of any great import was communicated to fans. Had they split and just forgotten to inform the greater world? No.
Portishead are recording their third studio album. Geoff is posting on myspace and things appear to be moving along nicely. The mystery behind one of the most influential bands of the nineties still remains.
